- In case of incident, act as if the bike was yours. Phone us if the bike has any damage or if you have suffered an accident.
- Return the bike to the square where you picked up or where you have agreed with its owner.
- When finished booking, the bike must be as clean as you found it.
- Do not be late, but if you think you can take more time than you have booked, phone us in advance.
- Reservation Changes: You can delay the start or the end of the advance reservation 30 minutes before the start at the latest.
- Cancellation of booking: You can cancel your reservation up to 2 hours before the start of it.
